Favorite ivision Client Engagement Value: I recognize that service without heart is arrogance.
Nikki’s Career Journey:

Upon graduating from Kennesaw State University, I started out my career in the staffing industry as a technical recruiter. This opened my journey in the technology space and allowed me to learn about the everchanging trends within IT. I was passionate about being client facing and transitioned into an Account Executive role where I was able to build relationships with clients and better understand their business needs to align technology with their goals. Two and a half years ago, I was given the opportunity to work at ivision where I can truly help our clients achieve their business objectives through our technology capabilities.

Favorite Part of the Job:

My favorite part of working at ivision is the relationships that I can build with our clients and watch the impact that we can provide through our services and solution offerings.

Favorite ivision Event:

My favorite ivision event is our CIO Forum that we host. Our forum is made up of about 50 executives that meet on a quarterly basis to discuss relevant trends within the technology industry. It is unique as it is a closed group where leaders can share and learn from each other’s own journeys.

Each year, we host an offsite where we spend a few days discussing topics selected by the group to talk through. This year will be hosted at The Ritz at Lake Oconee.

Community Involvement:

One of the reasons I joined ivision was their commitment to giving back to the community though our 1% Pledge, which aligns with my personal values. I have been involved in various organizations like Inspiredu, ATP, Women in Technology, Technology Association of Georgia and Year Up. The organizations that I am on the board for are Inspiredu and Technology Association of Georgia:

Inspiredu is a local nonprofit that bridges the digital divide within students in the classroom. Inspiredu can support these students by providing them with the technology resources in addition to training them and their parents on using their devices. I have been on the board for Inspiredu for 3 years and hosted their yearly Inspire Gala 2 years in a row.

Another organization that I am on the board for is Technology Association of Georgia: Southeastern Software Association Society. Their mission is to be the catalyst that drives economic growth of the software and IT industry.

Fun Fact:

I love to cook and have a goal to cook a new type of food every month!
