In 2004, ivision launched out of Atlanta, Georgia with a mission to provide IT services in a better way—by focusing on deep technical expertise and customer services. Our client-centric, engineer-based approach quickly set us apart from competitors. Initially offering project-based Microsoft consulting services, within a few years ivision added network and data center capabilities and services. In 2008 ivision introduced its 24×7 network operations center to provide post project managed services through day-to-day operational support. In 2009, based on client requests in the network and data center solutions, ivision added product resale capabilities to become a full-lifecycle solutions provider.
In the same year, ivision documented and formalized its culture, focusing on becoming a consistent “best place to work.” With continued growth and services expansion, in 2013 ivision engaged with the Ritz Carlton to develop and implement ivision’s Client Engagement Values program. Over an 18-month implementation period this program became deeply rooted in ivision’s daily business in how team members serve one another and clients. This program has continued to evolve and today ivision celebrates team members’ embodiment of these Client Engagement Values on a daily and weekly basis.
By the end of 2022, we acquired both Carve Systems and Plus+ Consulting to expand our cybersecurity, public cloud and data analytics capabilities. Our full-service solutioning ranges from digital strategy to lifecycle management. Today, we continue to open doors for sustainable growth with new technologies and territories. We now have employees in over 30 states, and we have enjoyed nearly 20 consecutive years of profitability, while seeing our clients lead their industries with success.
