Strengthening the ivision & Quest Partnership: Insights from The Experts Conference
A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of attending Quest Software’s The Experts Conference (TEC) 2025 conference and participating in their Partner Advisory Board (PAB). As Field CTO at ivision, a proud reseller and Solutions Integration partner of Quest, this experience was both energizing and affirming. TEC continues to be a premier gathering for IT leaders focused on identity, security, and modernization, and this year’s event underscored Quest’s commitment to innovation and partner collaboration.
Partner-Centric Innovation
During the Partner Advisory Board sessions, Quest unveiled enhancements to their partner programs designed to streamline collaboration and accelerate client outcomes. These improvements reflect a deeper alignment between Quest and its partners, empowering us to deliver more value across complex transformation initiatives.
What stood out most was Quest’s transparent roadmap for their Security Guardian and On Demand Migration (ODM) platforms. These tools are evolving rapidly to meet the demands of today’s enterprise environments, especially in the context of M&A activity, hybrid identity management, and AI readiness.
M&A Readiness and Consolidation Support
At ivision, we often support clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Quest’s ODM platform continues to be a cornerstone in our engagements, enabling seamless tenant-to-tenant migrations and complex consolidation or separation efforts. The latest updates showcased at TEC, including improved automation and expanded support for Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments, will help our clients reduce risk and accelerate timelines during these critical transitions.
Security Guardian: Closing the Gaps
Security Guardian’s new capabilities are particularly exciting. Many organizations contend with complex on-premises and cloud-native architectures and are challenged with managing identities, devices and data across the spectrum of their IT estate. Quest’s approach to governing these platforms helps reduce risk while maintaining compliance and visibility. It also positions Security Guardian as a strategic asset for our clients’ security posture both before, during, and after significant M&A events.
AI Preparedness: Building a Trusted Foundation
TEC 2025 also highlighted Quest’s broader strategy to enable AI success through trusted data, secure identities, and modernized platforms. These pillars align perfectly with ivision’s approach to helping clients scale AI initiatives responsibly. With Quest’s AI-enabled enhancements across their identity and data platforms, we’re better equipped than ever to support clients moving from Agentic proof of concept, pilots, and production deployments.
Looking Ahead
Our partnership with Quest Software is entering a new phase – one defined by deeper integration, shared innovation, and a mutual commitment to client success. Whether it’s M&A readiness, security modernization, or AI enablement, Quest’s portfolio gives us the tools to deliver transformative outcomes for our clients.
I left TEC 2025 inspired by the momentum and clarity of purpose across the Quest ecosystem. At ivision, we’re excited to build on this foundation and continue helping our clients navigate what’s next.
