I’ve truly appreciated the opportunity to work at a company where gratitude is a daily practice rather than just a core value. It’s been amazing to witness not just a genuine interest in our clients’ success, but a deep motivation across the team to be part of building that success. I try to come to work every day with a great attitude, and it’s incredibly fulfilling to be surrounded by people who are genuinely happy to be here.
Jasmine’s Career Journey
I spent 10 years in IT staffing, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding client needs and building relationships. Over time, I became excited about partnering more holistically with clients and helping them solve problems beyond just talent acquisition. A close friend and mentor of mine joined ivision 6 years ago and absolutely loved it. Hearing how much she valued the company and her clients made me want to be part of the team. I’m grateful to now be here, working alongside a mentor I respect, and doing work that truly aligns with my values.
Favorite Part of the Job
Hands down, the people. My coworkers are incredible, and the company’s values shine through in everything we do. ivision’s amazing tenure, both internally and with clients, speaks volumes about how much long-term relationships and true partnership are prioritized. That foundation makes it especially rewarding to help solve client problems and contribute to their success.
Favorite Event
Representing ivision at Black Hat was a standout experience. It was a fantastic opportunity to become more deeply involved in the security space and connect with professionals from across the country. What made it even more special was having current and former clients go out of their way to stop by our booth and say hello. It was a great reminder of the relationships we’ve built and the impact we’re making.

Yes! I’m involved with Inspiredu here in Atlanta, an organization focused on bridging the digital divide and empowering students through technology. Their mission really resonates with me, and I’m proud to support their work.
ivision Solution to Watch
I’ve been deeply involved on the security side since starting, and our offensive Pen Testing team is truly top notch. Seeing how they approach data governance and security has opened my eyes to the massive impact security will have in the new world of AI. I’d say…stay tuned! There’s more to come as we continue to broaden our security and AI services portfolio and help clients navigate this evolving landscape.
Fun Fact
I absolutely love to travel and create new memories. It’s one of the things I value most in life. Time with family and friends is incredibly important to me, and I cherish the moments we share. I print out and keep thousands of photos from throughout my life in photo albums at my house. Even in today’s digital age, I still treasure the old-school printed photos that capture amazing moments. There’s something special about being able to hold those memories in your hands and relive the joy they represent.
