Sales Spotlight: Erin Whitehead

Favorite ivision Client Engagement Value: I live with gratitude, have a great
attitude, and am genuinely interested in our clients.

While we can’t always control what happens to us, we can always control how we react. Maintaining a positive attitude will influence how we interact with others, helping us foster stronger relationships with our customers. I’m also a big believer that genuine connections are the cornerstone of sustainable success.

Erin’s Career Journey:

After graduating from The University of Mississippi, I started my professional career in Sales for an IT staffing company, TEKsystems. I then moved to ADP, where I sold HR solutions in the mid-market space. After six successful years with ADP, I wanted to diversify my background, get out of my comfort zone, and focus on strategic selling. So, I then moved over to Qualtrics and worked as a Large Enterprise Account Executive, selling Qualtrics’s Employee Experience solutions to large enterprise organizations. After gaining the strategic sales experience I was looking for, I decided to get back to my IT roots and join the ivision team an Account Executive.

Favorite Part of the Job:

I love working with customers and fostering meaningful connections. Building those genuine connections and getting to know each other’s needs isn’t just part of the job for me—it’s part what makes it all worthwhile. I also love working with my internal ecosystem, because I thrive on the energy of collaboration, and I love to draw strengths from their expertise and diverse perspectives.

Favorite ivision/Client Event:

So far, I loved visiting the Microsoft Technology Center in Dallas, for partner enablement and strategy sessions. It was a great experience to have in-person and meaningful conversations with one of our most valued partners and working collaboratively to drive pipeline growth.

Community Involvement:

I was drawn to ivision’s approach to giving back with our 1% Pledge, where we are committed to giving back our time and resources. I’ve always had a passion for helping children and making a difference in the lives of youth and our communities. I enjoy volunteering the Boys & Girls Club, where I can build healthy relationships with young people eager for adult guidance and provide a positive impact on their lives. On a professional level, I also volunteer for Atlanta Technology Professionals, TechBridge, and Inspiredu.

Fun Fact:

I have profound love for traveling, which really took off after I studied abroad in Austria while in college. Since then, I’ve continued to check-off my travel bucket list, including solo international trips. I’ve found travel to be incredibly enriching on both a personal and professional level, because that firsthand experience with diverse cultures has enhanced my communication skills, adaptability, and ability to collaborate effectively.
