Making the Most of Partnership Programs

By John Oppel September 12, 2023

At ivision, we believe that partners make more possible. We often combine our decades’ worth of experience and expertise with our partners’ proficiencies, toolsets and capabilities to create a more comprehensive, effective solution for our clients. Not only do these partnerships greatly benefit our clients, but they give our team the opportunity to network with, learn from and build lasting relationships with IT experts.

Quest Partnership

Among partners who help ivision propel our capabilities is Quest Software, a global leader in systems and platform management, data protection and security software. ivision and Quest have been partners for many years, and joining the Quest Partner Circle Program as a Platinum Partner has empowered ivision to gain certifications across a myriad of practice areas and connections across the globe.

“It’s incredible when you can foster a partnership that not only aligns in expertise and technical prowess, but with values as well,” said Sergey Medved, VP of Product Management and Marketing at Quest Software. “ivision and Quest are both committed to helping businesses protect and empower their users and data, and we get to accomplish that while delivering outstanding customer service and establishing lasting business relationships along the way.”

Quest Migration Assurance Center Program

ivision has also been invited to become a member of the Quest MAC Program (Quest Migration Assurance Center) as an Exclusive Strategic Partner. The Quest MAC Program grants ivision access to best practices on execution of the Quest Toolset, Quest engineers to assess migration projects and provide recommendations, escalation support, migration tracking, On Demand Migration products and more. Being able to operate at this level of alignment with Quest and their products allows us to transform the way we serve our clients in this area.

Quest Partner Advisory Board

As a Microsoft Field CTO at ivision, I’ve recently been invited to join the Quest Partner Advisory Board, an exclusive group of strategic partners who influence Quest product direction. Membership in this program allows partners, like ivision, to network with other solution providers and system integrators to foster meaningful relationships and work to understand the industry better together. Having a seat at the table also empowers partners to influence the directional features and fixes of the Quest product portfolio.

TEC Conference 2023

Next month, ivision will be attending and sponsoring The Experts Conference (TEC) 2023 in Atlanta. This event welcomes IT experts, Microsoft MVPs and SMEs from all over the industry to engage in strategic discussions of market trends, Quest portfolio strategy, product roadmaps and innovation projects. Attendees can also participate in a feedback session to discuss opportunities, initiatives and areas of improvement they’ve identified throughout their experience.

This event aims to spread in-depth security, management and migration knowledge as it relates to platforms across Active Directory, Data Center and Cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365. Over the course of the event, attendees will discuss topics like mergers and acquisition, modern work and collaboration, cyber resilience, security and more. Throughout the various presentations and breakout sessions, attendees can also earn continuing professional education credits to expand their expertise in their respective areas.

As ivision continues to grow our trusted network of partners, we’re constantly looking for new events and conferences to attend to sharpen our skills, earn certifications and develop lasting relationships.
