What inspired you to become an Engineer?

I have always enjoyed learning how and why things work the way that they do. I enjoy the problem-solving aspect of engineering. 

Adam’s Career Journey

I came to ivision very early in my career, having only worked one other job out of college. I came in as an analyst and have grown into an engineer with the help of ivision and my colleagues. ivision has been an amazing work family for me. They have shown me what a great work culture looks like, how to develop lasting partnerships with customers and most importantly, how to have healthy and supportive relationships with my colleagues.

What is your favorite part of the job?

I enjoy solving difficult problems with my colleagues. These are often very high pressure and challenging situations; however, these are the times when several members from the team are engaged working together to solve a problem. These are often the times when we all learn something new and grow as engineers.   

What’s a fun fact about yourself that others might find interesting?

I live on a small farm where my wife and I raise cattle, pigs, chickens and ducks.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy golf, farming and horseback riding.
