Challenge
Operations at UHS were largely manual and lacked modern features that UHS needed to streamline their business processes. Creating contracts and recording customer signatures was a paper trail nightmare.
Solution
We utilized Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps Portal throughout the implementation, streamlining approvals and customer signatures. Following the project, efficiency at UHS increased tremendously while reducing operational times for business processes.
