Lisa Sullivan

Sr. Director of Human Resources, Lisa Sullivan, joined ivision in 2013. She has over 15 years of HR experience designing and leading HR teams in both public and private organizations. Lisa is responsible for all HR strategies and programs including employee engagement and relations, talent management, recruitment and retention, benefits, HR due diligence and integration, HR operations and systems, policies and payroll. She is passionate in leading organizational development through performance initiatives, compensation programs, employee development, career development programming, engagement surveys and the continued development of our company’s culture.
