Client needed interim executive cybersecurity leadership during a transition from an existing Security Director to a new full‑time leader. They were managing multiple active security and compliance initiatives, including PCI 4.0, SOX cybersecurity requirements, and risk management. They strived to evaluate and mature the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, and operational capabilities
Solution
We provided vCISO leadership to assess the existing cybersecurity program, tools, controls, and operational maturity.
