Client needed greater visibility into potential attack paths to critical “crown jewel” assets and wanted to evaluate both internal and external threat vectors in a collaborative, non-disruptive manner. This required real-time knowledge transfer to improve detection and response capablities.
Solution
ivision conducted a collaborative purple team exercise alongside the client’s on‑site IT teams, using threat modeling, whiteboarding, and hands‑on testing. We simulated attack scenarios to identify vulnerabilities, validate configurations, and assess segmentation and access controls. Our team delivered executive‑ready findings and prioritized remediation guidance through a detailed assessment report and executive summary.
