Strengthening Secure Access Through a Zscaler ZPA Health Check

Our current had limited visibility into the overall health, effectiveness, and risk posture of their existing Zscaler ZPA deployment, making it difficult to fully assess its performance. As a result, they needed help identifying configuration gaps, authorization issues, and authentication failures within the ZPA environment. Addressing these challenges required clear, prioritized recommendations and executive‑level insights to help guide future improvements and strengthen the overall security posture.
Solution
ivision assessed the client’s Zscaler ZPA environment across key components, including identity integration, access policies, and application segments. We also conducted collaborative review sessions to evaluate the current deployment and surface risks and improvement areas. ivision delivered executive‑ready findings, including prioritized recommendations, risk summaries, and a SWOT analysis, and reviewed results with the client and their Zscaler TAM.
