Modernizing Enterprise Case Management with Power Platform
Challenge
Our client needed a secure, scalable, and enterprise‑ready way to enable external users to interact with Dataverse data. The existing SharePoint‑based solution was difficult to maintain, lacked flexibility, and was unable to scale alongside business growth. The new solution needed to support rapid iteration, be easy to enhance, and remain adaptable to evolving business requirements. Additionally, the organization required guidance in selecting the right long‑term Power Platform strategy to support future needs.
Solution
We designed and implemented a scalable model‑driven application built on Microsoft Dataverse to support long‑term growth. The team guided the client away from a Power Pages approach in favor of a model‑driven architecture better suited for enterprise scalability and maintainability. This solution replaced the legacy SharePoint implementation with a centralized, secure Power Platform system. Delivery was structured into clearly defined sprints, including design and initial implementation phases, to ensure focused execution and measurable progress.
