Challenge

Our client was facing growing business demands on the IT organization, and they needed visibility and priority of what they were focused on. They wanted to leverage technology to enable the business strategic goals and create efficiencies in the business and IT by partnering on identified projects. Their goal was to gain the ability for IT to be agile with changing business needs.

Solution

The client’s Pre-sales team met with the ivision PMO Director for guidance, and they decided to position a Program Manager and Business Analyst through a staff augmentation model. The Program Manager and Business Analyst partnered with the client’s IT Executives and Business Unit Leaders to gain in-depth knowledge of the business, developed a PMO Project Charter, and executed on a plan. The new PMO was a combination of people, process, templates, and systems built to meet the needs of IT and business leaders.
