Challenge
The client was looking to replace their homegrown CRM platform and deploy a modern CRM solution that would address the needs of over 15 departments. Their users needed to be able to quickly build and share reports and views. Generating and distributing these reports had been time and labor intensive, and management wanted to free IT users’ time.
Solution
ivision designed and implemented Dynamics 365 to 75 users across the organization. The team worked with key stakeholders to customize and configure the new solution to best fit their needs. In addition, we migrated CATIC’s existing client data from a legacy CRM system, built on Visual Basic 6 in 2001, into Dynamics 365.
