Challenge
Microsoft’s standard adoption training for client was too technical for users. The client trusted ivision to deliver a customized training schedule for their Adopter pilot team. They knew they could collaborate with our team to ensure the training was relevant and easy to digest for their users.
Solution
We conducted a 4-week Copilot Jump Start training program for 80 early adopters using content customized to their use and industry. The objective was to provide relevant training modules and tips for the pilot group to encourage excitement and confidence in utilizing Copilot. We collaborated with their project team to address common misconceptions, questions, and concerns about integrating AI into their daily work.
