iGive with ivision: Service in 2025

Devin Townsend, Sr. Communications Associate December 1, 2025

Service is a key component of ivision’s DNA. Our iGive initiative empowers our team members to volunteer with the organizations that mean the most to them at times that work best for them. 2025 has presented some incredible service opportunities, both as a company and on our own. Check out some of the ways our team is serving communities around the world!

Briam Fachisthers – Sus Hijos

This July, my family took a team with us to work with a wonderful ministry, Sus Hijos, that works with orphanages, prisons, and helps serve the homeless. We got a chance to build a home for a family in need, feed the homeless, and give some love to kids in several orphanages. We supplied food, clothing, and bibles to a community and got a chance to pray with each family there. Great ministry with great people!

My son and I also took a team to a small town of Cañafistol outside of Santo Domingo. We spent a few days of outreach and games in a small town in preparation for a church plant in that community. A lot of great people and a lot of fun.

Casey Halliburton – Breakthrough T1D

I serve on the board for Breakthrough T1D and participated in the annual Breakthrough T1D Walk, which is the flagship fundraising event for Breakthrough T1D, the world’s leading Type 1 Diabetes advocacy and research organization.

The research that is conducted by Breakthrough T1D has directly led to the creation of several solutions that make life better for the 8.4 million people around the world living with Type 1 Diabetes as we continue to work toward identifying a cure. Type 1 Diabetes is an autoimmune condition that has nothing to do with lifestyle and is not caused by diet. It impacts about 5-10% of total Diabetes cases around the world.

Chris Flinders – FH Agriculture Scholarship

I started a small memorial scholarship fund, in honor of my dad, this past year to reward students that are focused on careers in agriculture and animal care. Both of these passions were a big part of my dad’s life as a farm kid and several family members being involved in 4H. It was a good experience for my family to read through the submissions, even though they wanted all of them to win, and I think he would have been proud that it may help a few students reach their goals. This seemed like a daunting task but there are a lot of platforms out now that make this a pretty easy thing to set up and the platform support staff was great to work with on the scholarship. In the end, we received 1,018 candidates!

Brian Bell – Ducks Unlimited

Ducks Unlimited is a conservation organization that was founded in 1937.  The mission of the organization is to conserve wetland habitats in North America so the multitude of species that call these habitats home maintain a place to live for generations to come.  As this is a non-profit, most of the funds that keep this organization running come from donors and through holding banquets and raffles.

The Gwinnett County Ducks Unlimited banquet is an annual event held in Duluth, GA with the goal of raising money for this cause through ticket sales, raffles, and silent and live auctions. All events are run completely through volunteer efforts.  My role in this was to help load and unload items to be raffled or auctioned off, setup tables to allow attendees to inspect the items they are interested in.

Once the banquet was over, working with the team of volunteers, we packaged up any items that were won by attendees so they could bring them home.  Any items that did not sell were also packed up and put back into trucks to be stored for the banquet next year or sent to other banquets in the area to be raffled or auctioned again.

Volunteer Events

Earth Day

We celebrated Earth Day with Hands on Atlanta in Project GRANT! We spent the morning at Grant Park Conservancy to help with mulching, tree limb pickup, and more to help make a difference in our community.

Susan G Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk

It was a privilege to sponsor and participate in the Susan G. Komen #MORETHANPINK Walk in Pittsburgh to support the organization’s pursuit of a world without breast cancer.

Cisco Volunteer Day

We had a wonderful time with Cisco volunteering for Covenant House Georgia! Together, we packed bags of necessities and wrote notes of encouragement for youth affected by homelessness.

Community Involvement

Throughout the year, ivision is proud to partner with organizations to make an impact on our community. Here’s a handful of the incredible causes we’ve had the privilege to support!

Inspiredu

Inspiredu is an Atlanta-based non-profit committed to driving drives digital inclusion and literacy for Georgia families, communities, and schools to enable future readiness. Over the years, we’ve been incredibly involved with Inspiredu and their mission, and our Vice President of Consulting Services & Solutioning, Spencer Cagle, currently serves on their Executive Board. We’ve been a long-time sponsor of their Drive for Tech Golf Tournament and annual Inspire Gala, and our summer interns volunteered with their laptop build out event this summer.

IT Girls

IT Girls is an organization dedicated to equipping young female students who are interested in STEM studies with a structured extra-curricular program to explore and develop their interests and talents. We were lucky enough to have their CEO and Co-Founder, Grant Shih, serve on our panel for International Women’s Day back in March, and we were a proud sponsor of their Annual Wine & Silent Auction event!

Techbridge

Techbridge is focused on breaking the cycle of generational poverty. It was an honor to sponsor their Digital Ball and celebrate 25 years of Techbridge’s mission of leveraging technology to fight hunger, create opportunities, and build stronger communities.

Extra Life

When our Global Service Center team reaches a certain goal, they decide on a charity to donate to in celebration. This year, our team decided to donate to Extra Life, a fundraising program of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®. The Extra Life community fundraises year-round to Change Kids’ Health to Change the Future. Donations go to local member hospitals to fund critical life-saving treatments and healthcare services, along with innovative research, vital pediatric medical equipment, and child life services. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised over $132 million USD to Change Kids’ Health to Change the Future. Right now, children’s hospitals need YOUR support.

We’re always grateful for the chance to give back and get involved in our community. We can’t wait to see what incredible service opportunities 2026 brings!
