Don Carangelo

Don is a Sr. Delivery Manager on the Engineering and Support Services (ESS) side of the house at ivision. He is responsible for the delivery of contracted managed support services. Don has 20 years of experience working in IT support and IT leadership roles with a broad range of skills and experience. Don has experience with Security and Compliance, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, IT Problem Management, IT Change Management, Process Improvement and IT Support. Don is passionate about Technology and Service Delivery with heart, and without arrogance.
