David joined iVision in early 2007, when it had $1.5m in annual revenue and has helped the company grow through healthy and sustainable expansion. David is responsible for iVision’s culture, strategy and execution. He is passionate about high-performing teams, as well as earning and continuing to develop “clients for life” where the term “client” refers to both internal and external relationships.
David holds a business degree from Penn State University. After college, he played professional basketball in France before returning to the U.S. to start his business career in 1996. David lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons, and enjoys the outdoors, golf, swimming, biking and reading.
Laura Melton is Chief Operations Officer at iVision.
Recognized as Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2017 CFO of the Year in the “Private Company-Medium” category, Laura draws on two decades of corporate finance, service operations, risk management and financial reporting experience in her oversight of the strategic execution of iVision’s financial and operational processes.
Prior to joining iVision in 2011 as CFO, Laura held CFO positions within the technology and education industries and served in senior financial and operational roles within the financial services and economic development industries. Throughout her career, Laura has developed a passion for building strong teams and aligning financial and operational performance to support high-growth businesses. Her ability to re-frame challenges and solutions to support iVision’s innovative and agile culture led to Laura’s recent transition from CFO to COO.
Laura holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from Belmont Abbey College.
Eric Aslaksen is the Chief Technology Officer of iVision.
Eric joined iVision in 2008, and his engineering-oriented perspective, entrepreneurial drive and military-trained discipline quickly made him an invaluable member of our team. He held positions as Senior Consultant, Principle Consultant, Data Center Practice Manager, Director of Engineering and Senior Director of Engineering and Support Services before becoming CTO in 2014.
An Air Force veteran who served overseas during the Gulf War, Eric moved from the military to corporate enterprise. He worked for AT&T, BellSouth, SunTrust and Capgemini before joining iVision. He was awarded multiple patents for software development and product innovation while holding technical roles that included storage engineer, developer, project manager and infrastructure architect. Today, Eric draws on his deep industry experience to orchestrate business improvements for our company and our clients.
Eric studied Business Administration at Indiana University.

Gerry loves great food and strong coffee shared in deep conversation with friends. He also enjoys art, books, music, movies and volunteering for HealthMPowers (BoD), Habitat for Humanity, and Girls on the Run.
Spencer Cagle is iVision’s Senior Director of Sales, responsible for iVision’s outside sales, inside sales and solution architect teams. Spencer joined iVision in 2013 as a technical architect and managed the solution architect team prior to his current role. His mix of both business and technical acumen along with 15+ years of industry experience has helped propel iVision to consistent growth in his time at the company. Spencer has business information technology and marketing degrees from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Georgia Tech.
Seema Camp Sr. Director, Data & Integration Operations
Seema Camp is the Sr. Director of Service Delivery and Operations at iVision. She first joined the iVision team in 2014, bringing experience from her years at Coca Cola and General Electric. She earned her bachelor’s in MIS and finance from Clarkston University before getting her MBA from Emory University. She is passionate about using technology to solve business problems, financial reporting, data-driven decision making and building lasting relationships with clients.
Josh Hedge Practice Director of Network, Data Center & Cloud Consulting
Josh Hedge joined iVision in 2011 and serves as the Director of iVision’s Consulting Services line of business, managing the company’s Network, Data Center, Public Cloud and Digital Workspace project-based technical teams and solution offerings. He focuses on equipping our consultants and project teams with the skills, expertise and resources necessary to ensure their ability to deliver a high level of project success and client satisfaction. Josh’s passion for people and his ability to relate to clients and coworkers alike has enabled him to build and maintain many long-term partnerships for iVision.
John Hudson Cybersecurity Practice Leader and CISO
John Hudson serves as the Cybersecurity Practice Leader and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at iVision. He joined the team when iVision acquired Plus+ Consulting, where he led the Security and Strategy Practice for over ten years.
John works with clients to evaluate, plan and deploy Information Security strategies that align with their IT and corporate strategy and are scalable as the organization evolves, while also considering their requirements for regulatory compliance. He has been engaged as interim CISO at major banks, higher education institutions and throughout service industries, as well as the CIO of a large manufacturer to implement a security organization.
Mark Husnick is the CIO-in-Residence at iVision. He joined the team when iVision acquired Plus+ Consulting, where he served as CEO for three years.
Mark has over 35 years of IT experience, ranging from systems development to executive management. He possesses a high level of competence operating in a sophisticated global business environment that emphasizes financial planning, customer satisfaction, people development, strategy, waste elimination and safety. He is experienced in developing and leading digital transformation strategies that adapt to the ever-changing technology landscape.
Alex Levinger Sr. Director of Accounting & Finance
Alex Levinger is the Sr. Director of Accounting and Finance at iVision. He joined the iVision team in 2013, bringing experience from his years at Ernst & Young and Invesco. He earned his bachelor’s in accounting and finance from Emory University and is a licensed CPA in Georgia. He is passionate about using financial data to drive business decisions, as well as creating lasting relationships with clients, both internal and external.
Keith Lynch spent much of his early career helping to architect, design and deploy Microsoft-based directory and messaging solutions. He joined iVision in 2008 and, moving into an architect and director role, he expanded his skill set into cloud-based collaboration solutions, such as M365, and public cloud technologies, such as Azure and AWS, with a focus on complex mergers and acquisitions. Today, he spendsa majority ofhis time as the lead architect for the Microsoft team working with clients to solve their business challenges in new and creative ways with the amazing team of iVision engineers backing him up.
Stephen McElduff joined iVision in 2010. Stephen has held a variety of roles since he started iVision, which has helped shape the way he works with iVision’s clients. With a strong focus on financial management, Stephen has helped iVision’s clients to solve complex business and IT needs within their budget requirements. Stephen previously worked in the medical device industry, played lacrosse professionally in the MLL and was a Color Commentator for ESPN’s college lacrosse coverage.
Shane Sheppard joined iVision in 2017 with a focus on iVision’s Disaster Recovery and Backup solutions. With over 20 years of experience in managing global IT infrastructure, his role was expanded to lead the Managed Services organization in 2018. Shane has extensive experience in network and data center infrastructure, security and IT transformation initiatives, leading the Infrastructure Services team for W.C. Bradley Co. prior to joining iVision. His passion for automation, DevOps and process improvement helped lead iVision through the implementation of ServiceNow’s CSM platform and continues to drive his focus on client satisfaction.
Dow Smith Practice Director for Management Consulting Services
Dow Smith joined iVision in 2018 and is the Practice Director for the Management Consulting team, where he is responsible for the team and oversees its service offerings, including the delivery of CIO advisory services, technology roadmaps, IT organizational development, security and IT governance. Dow has over 25 years of experience in IT and Consulting Services, serving as a director with PwC and running a successful boutique consulting firm before joining our team. Dow is a graduate of Penn State University and holds certifications in SCRUM Fundamentals (SFC), AWS Cloud Practitioner (CLF) and ISO 22301 (BCMS).
Sr. Director of Human Resources, Lisa Sullivan, joined iVision in 2013. She has over 15 years of HR experience designing and leading HR teams in both public and private organizations. Lisa is responsible for all HR strategies and programs including employee engagement and relations, talent management, recruitment and retention, benefits, HR due diligence and integration, HR operations and systems, policies and payroll. She is passionate in leading organizational development through performance initiatives, compensation programs, employee development, career development programming, engagement surveys and the continued development of our company’s culture.
