Business Goals

The client was looking to modernize an end‑of‑life data center network to improve resiliency, scalability, and operational stability. They also wanted to standardize networking and security across their headquarters, data center, and 19+ remote branch locations. Their goal was to reduce operational complexity by moving from fragmented architectures to a consistent Cisco-led design while enabling secure WAN connectivity and creating a future-ready foundation for cloud security, SD-WAN, and centralized policy management.

Win Strategy

ivision worked with the client to position Cisco as the strategic platform across data center, WAN, security, and identity. Leveraging our deep Cisco architecture expertise, we confidently migrated off ACI, ASA, and Viptela without business disruption. The client adopted Cisco Nexus and Catalyst for a simplified, high-performance data center core and distribution layer. We introduced Cisco Firepower NGFW for modern threat defense and high-availability internet edge security. We standardized on Cisco Meraki for SD-WAN, switching, and wireless at branches to enable cloud-managed operations. Using Cisco ISE upgrades, we strengthened identity, access control, and administrative authentication (TACACS). ivision’s Momentum Delivery framework ensured predictable execution, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
