The client needed a refined Data Governance strategy, as they were facing security risks for internal and external vendors. They also wanted to explore how automation could help them produce higher quality knowledge work in less time.
Solution
Through interviews, ivision identified users in different business areas, resulting in the discussion of 14 use cases, with 4 being prioritized in Finance/Legal, PMO/Product Team, and HR areas. The time savings were self-reported by the individual teams, resulting in an estimated Net Productivity Gain of $26,850/month for the pilot group of 25 users. Employees learned how to ask the right questions, frame powerful prompts, and responsibly work with AI.
