Preventing a Catastrophic Operational Technology Network Compromise
Brad Dixon, Principal Consultant at ivision, recounts a recent engagement with a client who operated a vast operational technology network. This network included tens of thousands of systems that connected contractors all over the world through a centralized authorization system. Brad and our Security Assessment team successfully exploited vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access to the system, then created a workflow where they’d be able to apply for and approve their own access to all of these OT systems.
