ATLANTA, June 20, 2019 – ivision has been named among Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) for its sixth year. An awards breakfast was held on Thursday, June 20, 2019, at the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead. This award follows ivision’s announcement earlier this year that it was named among the 2018 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation.
The Best and Brightest Program recognizes companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs and more. With over 20 years of experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, the NABR have identified numerous best Human Resource practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
The 2019 Atlanta winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other recognized winners. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For Program prides itself on conducting a thorough evaluation of companies nominated. The program has a 10 to 1 ratio; of the 10 companies interested in being a Best and Brightest winner, only 1 is selected. Out of the 2,400 nominations for Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, ivision was one of only 121 companies named to the prestigious list for 2019.
