Client had limited centralized visibility into potential attack paths across multiple operating companies with distributed IT environments. They needed to assess internal and external threat vectors while maintaining a collaborative, non‑disruptive approach. They also wanted to improve detection and response capabilities through hands‑on knowledge transfer with local IT teams.
Solution
ivision conducted collaborative purple team exercises with on‑site IT teams across each operating company, using threat modeling, whiteboarding, and real‑time testing.
