### Challenge

The focus was on following Power Platform best practices while prioritizing technology initiatives and creating a roadmap for future enhancements. Efforts centered on building high-impact deliverables, expanding the use of Microsoft technologies, and training power users to strengthen capabilities. Additionally, improving user adoption was a key goal, with the ultimate objective of driving increased revenue.

### Solution

There was close collaboration with Microsoft, starting with a QBR session in February where the Power Platform was presented. Executives were given a presentation on the likely business impact of the solution, and all Power Platform roadmap items were identified and prioritized. A high-impact model-driven app was also built for use by the C-suite of executives, and best practices for the Power Platform were discussed, along with areas for improvement.
