Challenge

We were facing inflexible WAN connectivity for DRaaS and BaaS. We also experienced cost inefficiencies in data center operations and limited real-time bandwidth control. This led to a myriad of concerns, including operational risk during critical events. We were looking for impactful partnerships to help improve our DRaaS and BaaS capabilities for our clients.

Solution

ivision leveraged Lumen Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) with dynamic bandwidth (100 Mbps to 10 Gbps) and Lumen Internet On-Demand for rapid circuit deployment, and Digital Realty ServiceFabric for secure, on-demand connectivity to third-party data centers and clouds. This allowed for secure, logically separated connectivity. As a result, we experienced reduced Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), financial flexibility, and minimal management overhead via intuitive portal.
