We executed a large global deployment of leading-edge technologies, including NetApp, Cisco, VMware, and Riverbed. During this initiative, on-site staff faced challenges in maintaining day-to-day operations around the clock, operating in a 24×7 environment.
Solution
ivision proposed a full-time team of specialists for the client, supported by our 24x7x365 Global Service Center to provide assistance beyond the dedicated on-site staff. We also built special project hours into the contract, enabling the client to continually evolve their business without the need for external consulting engagements.
