Kim’s Career Journey
For over 25 years, I have enjoyed having the unique opportunity of partnering with my clients to deliver true business value. This value comes from delivering services that help them move by digitally transforming their organizations in a meaningful way. Holding myself and my teams accountable to measure our success, the same way that the clients measure theirs. This strong desire to add value led me to ivision. I was very impressed with the ivision Leadership Team, the tenure of the clients, and the ability to share these client success stories. Additionally, I was very impressed with the deep commitment to the culture and the value and respect for the people. Finding an organization that values its people the way that ivision does is very rare and very special.
Favorite Part of the Job
I love working with my clients and prospective clients to understand what the definition of success looks like for them. Once understood, I enjoy bringing together the thought leadership and solutions that can help them realize that business value. I pride myself of making sure we work hard every day to ensure we put the client and our Consulting teams first. Collectively, we must work in concert towards that definition of success. When this happens, you have earned a client’s trust, and that is the most important thing. I am grateful when I can make that happen.
Favorite Company Event
Still being new to ivision, I have really enjoyed our Holiday Party in the Pittsburgh office. I was honored and enjoyed being a part of Ohio ORBIE Awards, and I am very excited to join the CIO Summit in September. I am honored and humbled to be a part of all of these events, and I look forward to many more.
Community Involvement
I love to stay connected to the community both from a professional and personal perspective. To that end, I am proud to say that I am huge supporter of CIO community in Central Ohio and Women in Technology. Besides that, I have served on the fundraising boards for some organizations that mean a great deal to me; Columbus Speech & Hearing, Alvis, Mid-Ohio Food Bank, NC4K, the Heart of Columbus, and a few others over the years. My hope is to continue to do more of this very meaningful work as time permits. I hope to never lose sight of how truly blessed we are and the chance to give back and “pay it forward” brings great joy and a deep feeling of humility and honor.

I would say stay tuned for more to come as we broaden our AI service portfolio of services offerings. Additionally, I am very excited about helping organizations that are leading with a data-first, cloud-first, security-first strategy in a product delivery operational model. I think ivision is well aligned to add tremendous value to these clients.
Fun Fact
When I am not at work, I love spending quality time with my family. I enjoy planning family vacations that make lasting, lifetime memories for all of us. Life is short, and I do not want to count the days, I want to make the days count!
