Briam Fachisthers – Sus Hijos
My son and I also took a team to a small town of Cañafistol outside of Santo Domingo. We spent a few days of outreach and games in a small town in preparation for a church plant in that community. A lot of great people and a lot of fun.
Casey Halliburton – Breakthrough T1D
The research that is conducted by Breakthrough T1D has directly led to the creation of several solutions that make life better for the 8.4 million people around the world living with Type 1 Diabetes as we continue to work toward identifying a cure. Type 1 Diabetes is an autoimmune condition that has nothing to do with lifestyle and is not caused by diet. It impacts about 5-10% of total Diabetes cases around the world.
Chris Flinders – FH Agriculture Scholarship
Brian Bell – Ducks Unlimited
The Gwinnett County Ducks Unlimited banquet is an annual event held in Duluth, GA with the goal of raising money for this cause through ticket sales, raffles, and silent and live auctions. All events are run completely through volunteer efforts. My role in this was to help load and unload items to be raffled or auctioned off, setup tables to allow attendees to inspect the items they are interested in.
Once the banquet was over, working with the team of volunteers, we packaged up any items that were won by attendees so they could bring them home. Any items that did not sell were also packed up and put back into trucks to be stored for the banquet next year or sent to other banquets in the area to be raffled or auctioned again.

Community Involvement

Inspiredu
Inspiredu is an Atlanta-based non-profit committed to driving drives digital inclusion and literacy for Georgia families, communities, and schools to enable future readiness. Over the years, we’ve been incredibly involved with Inspiredu and their mission, and our Vice President of Consulting Services & Solutioning, Spencer Cagle, currently serves on their Executive Board. We’ve been a long-time sponsor of their Drive for Tech Golf Tournament and annual Inspire Gala, and our summer interns volunteered with their laptop build out event this summer.

IT Girls
IT Girls is an organization dedicated to equipping young female students who are interested in STEM studies with a structured extra-curricular program to explore and develop their interests and talents. We were lucky enough to have their CEO and Co-Founder, Grant Shih, serve on our panel for International Women’s Day back in March, and we were a proud sponsor of their Annual Wine & Silent Auction event!

Techbridge
Techbridge is focused on breaking the cycle of generational poverty. It was an honor to sponsor their Digital Ball and celebrate 25 years of Techbridge’s mission of leveraging technology to fight hunger, create opportunities, and build stronger communities.

Extra Life
When our Global Service Center team reaches a certain goal, they decide on a charity to donate to in celebration. This year, our team decided to donate to Extra Life, a fundraising program of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®. The Extra Life community fundraises year-round to Change Kids’ Health to Change the Future. Donations go to local member hospitals to fund critical life-saving treatments and healthcare services, along with innovative research, vital pediatric medical equipment, and child life services. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised over $132 million USD to Change Kids’ Health to Change the Future. Right now, children’s hospitals need YOUR support.
We’re always grateful for the chance to give back and get involved in our community. We can’t wait to see what incredible service opportunities 2026 brings!
